The PPM node is organizing a training course on « Reprocessing proteomics data with Perseus software » on April 10 and 11, 2025 in Montpellier.
The aim is to understand the principles of quantitative proteomic analysis in order to carry out bioinformatics data processing using Perseus software : half a day of theory followed by 1.5 days of computer practice.
It will take place in Montpellier as part of the BioCampus Montpellier technological training workshops.
